Drift and Drape Scarf Knitting Pattern
Couldn't load pickup availability
This lacy triangle scarf is the perfect dose of luxury for everyday wear. Designed to use one skein of soft, luxury fiber like baby alpaca or cashmere, this scarf gives the knitter permission to use that truly special yarn in a project that they can pair with an elegant wool coat for an upscale event or tuck under a chore jacket for a little slice of extravagance at a casual outing. The lace pattern is a simple eyelet rib repeat that results in a beautiful fabric that looks a lot more complicated than it is. There is an applied i-cord border to neaten the edges and curling is mitigated by the 5x1 rib lace pattern. Knit from corner to corner by increasing in the first half and decreasing in the second, this scarf is designed to get the most out of that one special skein.
