KISS – Keep It Simple, Silly! This shawl is as simple as can be, but the beauty of this pattern lies in its versatility. With endless options for customization, this one pattern can give you a whole closet of accessories in a range of styles, gauges, and yarns. The main pattern features a garter stitch body with wide stripes, eyelet increases along the sides, and an eyelet bind off with decorative tassels. The variations include a stockinette stitch vs garter body, invisible vs decorative increases, a picot bind off vs a stretchy bind off, and curved wings to create a crescent shape vs a traditional triangle shape. The best part? These techniques can all be mixed and matched to create a truly unique scarf!
